Whether you’re visiting Timeless Tones for color analysis or Timeless Elements for image consulting or permanent jewelry, our goal is to provide a personalized, professional, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
To help everything run smoothly, please review our policies regarding appointments, payments, cancellations, and services. By booking with Timeless & Co., you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Policy
Scope of Services
Each package includes a comprehensive color analysis and general image consulting. The color analysis process incorporates both the American 12-Season Color System and East Asian PCCS (Practical Color Co-ordinate System) theories to determine your unique color palette. This includes evaluating the characteristics of each system and draping over 75+ colors to identify the shades that best complement your skin tone, undertone, and overall appearance. Any additional services outside of the agreed package may incur extra charges.

Pricing Transparency
All service prices listed are subject to change. Any pricing updates will be communicated in advance.
Booking Fee
All appointments booked through Calendly require a non-refundable booking fee to hold your spot. This fee is applied toward your total service price and must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. Appointments not secured within this timeframe may be released.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, Zelle, Square (credit/debit), or Venmo.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, before the service begins.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & No Shows
Booking fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows. If you need to cancel with 48+ hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled once to a future date.
Rescheduling Limits
Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of my services, NO refunds are offered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your consultation, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss adjustments or follow-up options.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
Personal Information
Your privacy is important. All personal information and consultation details are kept confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent.
Data Storage
Client information is securely stored and may be used for future reference, follow-up services, or promotional purposes with your permission.
Use of Photos & Testimonials
Client Consent
I love sharing client transformations! Photos and testimonials will only be used with your written consent.
Photo Usage
With your permission, your photos may be featured on my Instagram, website, or other marketing materials.
Arrival & Punctuality Policy
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fees.
Health & Safety Policy
Hygiene Standards
I maintain the highest hygiene standards when handling fabrics, personal items, and equipment.
Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and safety are my priority.

No Guarantees
While my goal is to help you look and feel your best, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased confidence, career advancement, or personal opportunities.
Gift Certificate Policy
Purchasing
Gift certificates are available for all services and can be purchased online or in person.
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Terms & Conditions Agreement
By booking a service with Timeless Tones & Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies and terms outlined above.
Professional Use & Proprietary Materials
Services provided by Timeless Tones & Co. are intended for the personal use of the individual receiving the analysis unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Clients may not book or participate in a service for the undisclosed purpose of professional research, competitive analysis, training, or studying Timeless Tones & Co.’s methods, techniques, processes, materials, service structure, or client experience for use in their own or another person’s business.
Any worksheets, guides, educational materials, graphics, photographs, recommendations, or other materials provided by Timeless Tones & Co. are provided for the client’s personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, published, or used to develop or provide professional services without prior written permission.
Clients are required to disclose prior to their appointment if they currently provide, are training to provide, or intend to provide color analysis, image consulting, or similar professional services. Failure to disclose or misrepresentation of such information does not waive or limit the personal-use restrictions contained in these Terms.
Unauthorized professional or commercial use of Timeless Tones & Co.’s proprietary materials, methods, or processes may result in financial harm to the business. Timeless Tones & Co. reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to seek recovery for documented financial losses resulting from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation.
