To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies regarding consultations, payments, cancellations, and more. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consultation Policy
Scope of Services

Each package includes a comprehensive color analysis and general image consulting. The color analysis process incorporates both the American 12-Season Color System and East Asian PCCS (Practical Color Co-ordinate System) theories to determine your unique color palette. This includes evaluating the characteristics of each system and draping over 75+ colors to identify the shades that best complement your skin tone, undertone, and overall appearance. Any additional services outside of the agreed package may incur extra charges.

All service prices listed are subject to change. Any pricing updates will be communicated in advance.

Booking Fee
All appointments booked through Calendly require a non-refundable booking fee to hold your spot. This fee is applied toward your total service price and must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. Appointments not secured within this timeframe may be released.
The amount depends on the number of people booked:

I accept payments via cash, Zelle, Square (credit/debit), or Venmo.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment, before the service begins.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & No Shows
Booking fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows. If you need to cancel with 48+ hours’ notice, your appointment may be rescheduled once to a future date.

Rescheduling Limits
Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of my services, NO refunds are offered.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your consultation, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss adjustments or follow-up options.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is important. All personal information and consultation details are kept confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent.

Client information is securely stored and may be used for future reference, follow-up services, or promotional purposes with your permission.
Use of Photos & Testimonials

I love sharing client transformations! Photos and testimonials will only be used with your written consent.

Arrival & Punctuality Policy
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fees.
Health & Safety Policy

I maintain the highest hygiene standards when handling fabrics, personal items, and equipment.

Gift Certificate Policy
Purchasing
Gift certificates are available for all services and can be purchased online or in person.​
All gift certificates are non-refundable.

Transferability
Gift certificates are transferable to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
